How do i check the status of the order?

You can check order status by logging into your account. You can also visit wesdian.shiprocket.co for detailed tracking information.

Im unable to add products to bag

This can be a temporary server issue. Please try refreshing the page once or twice. If the issue still persists, please notify us by dropping a message by filling form available on the page. We will resolve the issue ASAP.

I tried to make a transaction but it failed, what do i do?

If the amount has been deducted from your bank or card, don’t worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 7-10 business days. Meanwhile, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method. These are the payment methods we accept: • Debit Card • Credit Card • Net banking • UPI . How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our collections, select your preferred items, choose the correct size, color, and quantity, check estimated delivery by clicking on Delivery and Return, then click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve selected everything you want, go to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, and you’re all set!

GST Invoice feature will be available on the website very soon. Till than you can contact us via the contact form on this page, or send us a mail to support@wesdian.com, mentioning "Need GST Invoice for Order Number ***** " in the subject field.
